– Richard D. Anderson Jr.: Professor Emeritus and Research Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is former CIA officer – working in national security affairs analysis in particular the Soviet Union era.

– Alexander Etkind: A senior fellow of European Institute for International Law and International Relations. He is the the Chair of Russia-Europe relations at the European University Institute.

– Mahmoud Refaat: President of the European Institute of International Law and International Relations.
