Jason Altmire
The Honorable Jason Altmire is a distinguished fellow of the European Institute for International Law and International Relations. He served three terms in the United States House of Representatives from 2007 to 2013. During his time in Congress, he earned a reputation as one of the most moderate members of the House, which led to an impressive record of legislative success. He represented the United States on several congressional visits to the Middle East and Europe, meeting with heads of state and parliamentary leaders. Dr. Altmire earned a doctorate in business administration from the University of Florida, a master’s in health administration from George Washington University, and a bachelor’s in political science from Florida State University.
